Rachel Beck has worked in talent acquisition and talent development roles since 2015. Her experience includes executive recruiting, campus recruiting and graduate development. 

Rachel recently served as VP of Talent Acquisition at Barclays Investment Bank. In this role she led recruitment for roles in risk, legal and compliance in the U.S. She developed and drove a sourcing strategy for executive hires with a focus on implementing an efficient recruitment process and attracting diverse talent. She also managed the execution of hiring for more junior level talent where she was responsible for continuous improvement on time to hire and cost savings.

Previously, Rachel was a VP of Campus Recruitment at Credit Suisse where she led a team of recruiters and was responsible for establishing and delivering campus recruitment strategy for interns in Global Markets and Asset Management. 

Rachel holds a B.S. from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Business Management.
